Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes Greet guests warmly and engage with them to provide a personalized experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times Ensure proper stock handling, inventory control, and minimize wastage Check guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age Handle cash, billing, and POS transactions accurately Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible drinking Follow all food safety, hygiene, and bar safety standards Coordinate with service staff and management for smooth operations Assist with bar setup, closing procedures, and daily reports
Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Bartender preferred Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and strong service etiquette Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,216.35 per month
