Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
Beverage Preparation
Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails and other beverages according to recipes
Maintain knowledge of classic and contemporary drinks
Manage bar stock (liquor, garnishes, ice, glassware)
Operations & Cleanliness
Set up and break down the bar before/after shifts
Keep bar area clean, organized, and sanitary
Wash and polish glassware
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Cash Handling
Process payments accurately (cash, card, POS)
Balance receipts and secure cash at end of shift
Compliance
Verify customer age/ID before serving alcohol
Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies
Monitor customer intoxication levels and take appropriate action
