Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standards. Create classic cocktails as well as innovative signature drinks. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar counter. Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Upsell beverages and promote special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. Maintain proper inventory of bar stock, supplies, and equipment. Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy. Coordinate with restaurant and service staff for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Diploma/Certification in Hospitality or Bartending (preferred). 1-3 years of bartending experience in a premium hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or luxury bar. Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and garnishing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional grooming, confident personality, and guest-oriented approach. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and during peak hours. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
