We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the bar.

• Warmly greet and establish a professional connection with guests, understanding their preferences and needs
• Craft a wide variety of cocktails, mixed drinks, and other beverages according to recipes and customer requests
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drink selections, including wine and beer options
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times
• Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations, including responsible alcohol service
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
• Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the bar area
• Contribute to a positive team environment and assist in training new staff members when required
• Stay informed about industry trends and introduce innovative drink ideas to enhance our beverage menu

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment
• Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and commitment to responsible alcohol service
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
• Bartending certification preferred but not required
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and continuously improving service standards
