Key Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum

1 year

of professional bartending experience in a reputable restaurant, bar, or brew house.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of cocktail preparation, spirits, wine, and

craft beer (preferred).

Skills:

Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills.

Availability:

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Legal Compliance:

Knowledge of local and state regulations regarding alcohol service.
Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:

Expertly prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, and fresh juices, following standard recipes.

Guest Interaction:

Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and make beverage recommendations based on their preferences.

Bar Operations:

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, bar tools, and inventory.

Safety & Hygiene:

Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Teamwork:

Collaborate effectively with the service and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
