Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter, shelves, glassware, and equipment.
Ensure all beverages are properly stocked and inventory levels are maintained.
Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately.
Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and verify guest age as required.
Engage with guests courteously and professionally; recommend beverages and upsell menu items.
Assist in bar opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
Monitor the bar area to ensure guest safety and compliance with regulations.
Report any maintenance issues, shortages, or customer feedback to the manager promptly.
Maintain personal grooming and hygiene as per company standards.
