Job Description

Job Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards at the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders Maintain cleanliness of bar counter, equipment, and glassware Ensure proper stock of bar supplies and inform for replenishment Handle cash/card payments accurately (if applicable) Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel SOPs Upsell beverages and promote special offers Assist in closing/opening duties of the bar

Skills Required:

Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and bar equipment Good communication and customer service skills Pleasant personality and grooming standards Ability to work in shifts Basic billing and POS knowledge

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?31,212.96 per month
