Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks as per standard recipes. Take beverage orders from guests and servers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Check identification to ensure customers meet minimum age requirements. Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain knowledge of current bar trends, popular drinks, and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bartender in a high-paced hospitality setting. Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes and mixology techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; certification in bartending or hospitality is a plus.
