Maintain bar hygiene, cleanliness, and proper arrangement of tools & glassware.
Understand guest preferences and provide personalized beverage recommendations.
Ensure accurate billing and maintain proper inventory of bar stock.
Follow wellness-focused drinking standards (low sugar, detox-based, non-alcoholic varieties where applicable).
Comply with all F&B standards, safety rules, and hygiene protocols.
Interact politely with guests and create a relaxing & uplifting bar atmosphere.
Manage bar openings/closings, stock rotation, and requisition planning.
Coordinate with the service team for smooth guest experience during events.
Support wellness events such as mixology sessions, sundowners, and themed evenings.
