Job Summary

PVR INOX is looking for an experienced and responsible

Bartender

to join our Food & Beverages team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of bartending operations, stock control, and excise compliance while delivering high-quality service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per brand standards. Maintain

daily bar stock register

, inventory control, and consumption records. Ensure strict compliance with

excise laws, legal age verification

, and company SOPs. Handle bar setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards at all times. Coordinate with store and F&B teams for timely replenishment of bar stock. Manage wastage control and report discrepancies immediately. Provide professional and courteous service to guests.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification:

Graduation (mandatory)

Certification:

Bartending Certificate or Diploma (mandatory)

Experience:

Prior experience as a Bartender preferred

Knowledge Required:

Bar stock management & register maintenance Excise norms and compliance Beverage preparation and presentation

Salary & Benefits

CTC:

?20,000 - ?28,000 per month
