We are looking for a skilled and energetic

Bartender

to join our hotel's F&B team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about mixology, guest interaction, and delivering exceptional bar experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages Create classic and signature cocktails Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area Manage bar inventory, stock, and requisitions Interact with guests and provide excellent service Ensure compliance with hotel and safety standards Handle cash and billing operations efficiently

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bartender (hotel experience preferred) Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wines Good communication and guest-handling skills Ability to work in fast-paced environments Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Certification in bartending/mixology is a plus
