Primary Role

A bartender is responsible for

preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

, engaging with guests, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while following legal and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve

cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beer, and wine

Take customer orders and offer drink recommendations Maintain

clean, organized, and well-stocked bar

Handle

cash, POS billing, and closing reports

Check and verify

ID for legal drinking age

Ensure

responsible alcohol service

and guest safety Create an engaging, friendly atmosphere at the bar Garnish drinks and maintain presentation standards Maintain inventory; inform management of stock requirements Follow hygiene, sanitation, and bar safety standards Assist in opening and closing bar procedures Coordinate with servers and management during rush hours
Skills Required

Strong communication & customer service skills Knowledge of classic cocktails & bar equipment Speed with accuracy Basic math & billing handling Ability to handle busy crowds calmly Good product knowledge: spirits, liqueurs, mixers
Qualifications (typical)

Previous bartending experience preferred Knowledge of mixology basics Basic English/Hindi communication

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
