## Job Title: Bartender

## Department: Food and Beverage

## Reports to: Bar Manager/F&B Manager

## Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. You'll be responsible for serving drinks, managing the bar area, and providing excellent customer service.

## Key Responsibilities:

1. Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines.

2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, engage with customers, and build relationships.

3. Bar Management: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory, and control costs.

4. Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

5. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth service.

## Requirements:

1. Experience: Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.

2. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and mixology.

3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Certifications: Bartending certifications or licenses may be required.
