to join our Beach Terrace team at VGP Heritage Resort. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, delivering excellent guest service, and maintaining bar hygiene standards in a premium beachfront setting.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter and equipment
Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and resort policies
Manage bar stock, garnishes, and daily requisitions
Handle cash/pos billing when required
Support events, parties, and special beachside celebrations
Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations
Requirements & Skills
Minimum
1-2 years experience
as a Bartender (hotel / resort / lounge preferred)
Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and bar service etiquette
Good communication skills
Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and event days
Presentable, disciplined, and guest-focused

?20,000 - ?23,000 per month
