Role & responsibilities

Drink Preparation & Service

:

Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.

Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.

Maintaining drink quality and presentation consistency, adhering to established recipes and standards.

Customer Engagement:

Checking identification to ensure customers are of the legal age to purchase alcohol.

Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.

Checking identification to ensure customers are of the legal age to purchase alcohol.

Bar Maintenance:

Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked.

Keep the bar area clean and hygienic.

Team Leadership:

Assist in planning and executing special events, private parties, and promotions.

Supervise and train junior bartenders, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.

Preferred candidate profile

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Eye for detail and understanding of drink-mixing tools and techniques.

Physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
