The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests, ensuring a high standard of service, product quality, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and garnishes, while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and guest preferences.
Ensure the bar counter and surrounding areas are kept clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Maintain proper inventory levels of spirits, mixers, glassware, and other bar supplies.
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations when required.
Adhere to company standards for drink presentation, portion control, and service quality.
Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Assist in monthly inventory and stock-taking processes.
Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth coordination between bar and floor operations.
