Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of
cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages and drinks
with consistency and high quality.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience.
Manage day-to-day bar operations including beverage preparation, inventory control, and maintaining bar cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with resort standards, hygiene protocols, and safety regulations.
Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and upsell premium products.
Create and introduce new beverage concepts aligned with guest expectations and resort themes.
Coordinate with the F&B team to ensure smooth service during peak hours and events.
Maintain accurate stock records, manage requisitions, and reduce wastage.
Handle guest feedback professionally and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Guide, support, and participate in the training of junior staff members to ensure service excellence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
3 to 5 years of experience
as a Bartender in the hospitality or F&B sector, preferably in resorts or upscale establishments.
Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage presentation, and bar service standards.
Ability to manage bar operations independently and efficiently.
Creativity in crafting signature drinks and unique specialties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to mentor and train junior team members.
Attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of hygiene standards and food safety guidelines.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Attributes
Certification in Bartending or Mixology (desirable).
Experience in luxury hospitality or resort environments.
Strong guest engagement skills with the ability to personalize service.
