Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The Bartender should have a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Drink Preparation:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Mix, garnish, and present drinks with style and precision.

Customer Service:

Greet customers, take orders, and ensure a memorable experience. Address customer inquiries and provide recommendations based on preferences.

Bar Management:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Ensure the bar is well-stocked with necessary supplies, including ingredients, glassware, and garnishes. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.

Compliance:

Adhere to all local and national alcohol regulations and laws. Monitor customer behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

Cash Handling:

Handle payments, operate the cash register or POS system, and provide accurate bills.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless service. Assist in creating and updating the bar menu as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role. Knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling payments. Certification in bartending or mixology (preferred).

Friendly and outgoing personality. High attention to detail and creativity in drink preparation. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
