Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
Ensure proper opening and closing of the bar, following standard procedures.
Stagger beverages and organize beer fridge efficiently.
Handle bar stock pickups and maintain accurate inventory.
Maintain daily bar book and prepare bar indent for store pickups.
Have thorough knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and hard beverages.
Dispense beverages accurately with proper garnishing and presentation.
Follow LIFO & FIFO principles for stock usage and rotation.
Monitor and maintain bar stock levels, minimizing wastage.
Ensure timely and proper closing of the bar as per operational standards.
