Barman / Billing Staff
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Barman with billing knowledge to manage beverage preparation, stock, and POS billing operations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks.
Handle POS billing and maintain daily sales reports.
Monitor inventory and ensure quality standards.
Interact with guests to provide excellent service.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in hotel bar operations.
Knowledge of beverage mixing & billing systems.
Good communication and time management skills.
