Job Title: Female Barista

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all cafe operations align with brand standards, SOPs, and established recipes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coffee & Beverage Preparation

*Prepare coffee and other beverages according to the cafe's recipes, SOPs, and brand standards.

*Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.

*Consistently maintain beverage quality, taste, appearance, and presentation.

2. Customer Service

*Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

*Take orders accurately and respond to customer requirements and requests.

*Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive cafe experience.

3. Station & Cafe Cleanliness

*Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station at all times.

*Regularly clean coffee machines, tools, counters, and equipment as per SOPs.

*Support overall cafe cleanliness, including dining areas, service counters, and back-of-house spaces.

*Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety guidelines strictly.

4. Billing & Cash Handling

*Accurately operate the billing system and process customer payments.

*Handle cash, card, and digital transactions responsibly.

*Ensure receipts, bills, and orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

5. Compliance & Standards

*Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for beverage preparation, customer service, and hygiene.

*Uphold brand standards in quality, behavior, service style, and product consistency.

*Ensure ingredients are used properly and manage wastage responsibly.

*Report equipment issues or stock shortages to management promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

*Previous barista or cafe experience preferred (not mandatory).

*Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cafe operations.

*Excellent communication and customer service skills.

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

*Basic math skills for billing and cash handling.

*Positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability.

*Working Conditions:

*Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

*Standing for extended periods may be required.

Accomadation available for both male and Female candidates
With basic dry ration will be provided.
