Key Responsibilities
Barista Duties
Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages (espresso, latte, cappuccino, cold brew, teas, mocktails, etc.).
Maintain consistency and quality in every drink prepared.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely.
Keep the barista counter clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Monitor inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and cafe supplies.
Follow all hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).

Waitress Duties
Welcome guests warmly and present menu items clearly.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve dishes promptly and according to hotel standards.
Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
Manage table setups, clearing, and resetting.
Handle guest complaints politely and professionally.
Process billing and payments through POS systems.

Hygiene & Safety
Maintain cleanliness of the cafe/restaurant, tables, counters, and serving areas.
Follow all safety protocols, sanitation rules, and grooming standards.

Stock & Inventory
Maintain stock levels of beverages, cutlery, crockery, and service materials.
Report low stock items to supervisors.

Teamwork
Coordinate with kitchen staff, bar staff, stewards, and supervisors for smooth operations.
Assist colleagues during busy operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
1-3 years of experience as a Barista or Waitress (hotel or cafe experience preferred).
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and service standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Basic POS and billing knowledge.
Flexible to work in rotating shifts.
