Job Description

At Sabha, a Barista is not limited to just making coffee. This role combines specialty coffee execution, food service, order taking, and guest interaction. Depending on experience, the barista may operate independently or take a leadership role on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare espresso, milk-based beverages, manual brews, and signature drinks to Sabha standards Take food and beverage orders confidently and guide guests through the menu when required Serve food and drinks with attention to presentation, timing, and hospitality Maintain consistency in espresso dial-in, milk texture, and beverage quality Support or lead bar operations during peak service hours, based on experience Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth order flow Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and mise en place at the bar and service areas Follow opening, closing, and cleaning SOPs strictly Assist in training new team members as experience grows Represent Sabha's brand, discipline, and service philosophy at all times
Who This Role Is For

Entry-level baristas eager to learn specialty coffee and cafe operations Experienced baristas capable of handling service independently and leading during rush hours Candidates comfortable with both coffee preparation and food service & order taking

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
