Your expertise in coffee preparation, customer service, and cafe operations will help ensure that every customer has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Coffee Preparation:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, and teas, following the cafe's recipes and standards. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.

Customer Service:

Greet customers in a friendly, approachable manner and take orders with a positive attitude. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering suggestions, and ensuring satisfaction.

Cash Handling:

Accurately process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments. Maintain a clean and balanced cash register. Keep the coffee station, kitchen, and dining areas tidy and well-organized throughout the day. Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines to maintain a clean workspace.

Stock Management:

Monitor and replenish inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth cafe operations. Participate in training and ongoing skill development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?144,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per year
