Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of
hot and cold beverages
including espresso-based drinks, teas, mocktails, and cocktails.
Create new and innovative drink recipes to enhance the cafe/bar menu.
Maintain high standards of
drink quality, presentation, and hygiene
.
Handle beverage bar operations including setup, stock management, and closing duties.
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent
customer service
.
Ensure compliance with
health, safety, and hygiene
regulations at all times.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and inviting bar/cafe area.
Upsell beverages and menu items to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Barista
or
Bartender
in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of
coffee brewing techniques
, espresso machines, and milk frothing.
Skilled in preparing
mocktails and cocktails
, including knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced
environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
Basic knowledge of
food safety and hygiene standards

Flexible to work
rotational shifts
, weekends, and holidays as required.
Education & Experience:
Diploma or certification in
Hospitality / Bartending / Beverage Preparation
preferred.
Minimum
1-3 years
of relevant experience in a cafe, bar, or restaurant setup
