Job Description

:

- Create high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to customer preferences and our signature recipes

- Ensure consistent and precise espresso extraction, milk frothing, and drink assembly to maintain our standards of excellence

- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, offering recommendations and answering questions about our coffee selections and brewing methods

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment, to uphold food safety and sanitation standards

- Participate in ongoing training and development to expand your knowledge of coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques

- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and ensure efficient service during peak hours

- Assist with stocking and inventory management to ensure adequate supplies of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients

- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, using our POS system

Experience and Skills:

- Previous experience as a barista in a specialty coffee shop or cafe environment

- Proficiency in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art techniques

- Strong understanding of coffee brewing variables, including grind size, water temperature, and extraction time

- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently excellent coffee beverages

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
