The Senior Barista is responsible for advanced coffee preparation, supervising Junior & Trainee Baristas, ensuring quality control, and maintaining operational standards in the cafe. This role requires leadership, mentoring skills, and in-depth knowledge of specialty coffee.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare advanced espresso, milk-based drinks, latte art, and specialty coffee consistently.
Train and mentor Junior & Trainee Baristas.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
Ensure adherence to cafe SOPs, quality standards, and hygiene protocols.
Handle customer feedback and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Assist Head Barista in operational planning and daily cafe management.
