JJob Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages (hot and cold) according to company recipes and quality standards Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders efficiently Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace, counters, and customer areas Stock and replenish supplies such as coffee beans, milk, cups, and syrups Follow health and safety guidelines and food handling procedures Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally Support team members during busy shifts and assist in opening/closing duties Promote cafe products and upsell items when appropriate

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role preferred Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cafe equipment is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Basic math skills for handling transactions (if cashiering is involved) Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Barista training or certification High school diploma or equivalent
