We are launching a vibrant and modern Cafe Truck - Thryve House, serving handcrafted coffees, premium shakes, coolers, and quick bites. We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista who loves coffee, enjoys interacting with customers, and can handle a fast-moving environment.

? Key Responsibilities

Prepare a wide range of beverages including: Hot & cold coffees (Lattes, Cappuccino, Mocha, Filter Coffee, etc.) Premium shakes (Nutella, Strawberry, Mango, Blueberry, etc.) Fruit coolers & cocoa-based drinks Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Take customer orders politely and handle billing. Manage the cafe truck counter, equipment, and cleanliness. Maintain stock of ingredients (milk, coffee powder, syrups, snacks). Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times. Assist in basic food preparation (fries, nuggets, garlic bread, etc.). Provide friendly, quick service with a positive attitude.
Requirements

Previous barista or cafe experience preferred (not mandatory).

Ability to learn coffee-making techniques quickly.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic understanding of cash handling and POS machines.

Ability to work in a mobile truck environment.

Should be punctual, honest, and committed. ? ? Work Schedule

Full-time (Morning to Evening shifts)

Weekends & peak hours expected

Pay: ₹10,202.24 - ₹26,987.00 per month
