Bistro Doctor - : The Bistro Doctor at will be responsible for ensuring nutritional integrity, hygiene standards, customer wellness guidance, and overall quality assurance at the outlet while supporting daily operations and preventive health initiatives. The role includes guiding customers on healthy menu choices, providing basic nutrition counselling aligned with offerings, ensuring recipe nutritional consistency, supporting development of medically oriented menu options (such as diabetic-friendly or weight management options), monitoring hygiene and food safety protocols, ensuring FSSAI compliance and documentation, conducting periodic quality audits, supporting staff training on health messaging and product knowledge, participating in wellness awareness sessions, health camps, and promotional events, and coordinating with franchise management for SOP implementation.
