Role Overview:

As a

Barista / All-Rounder

, you'll handle beverage preparation, customer service, and day-to-day cafe operations. You'll be part of a small, close-knit team--responsible for everything from brewing coffee to maintaining cleanliness and assisting in the kitchen when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to cafe standards. Handle the billing counter and assist customers with orders. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cafe at all times. Assist in light food preparation (sandwiches, snacks, plating, etc.). Stock inventory and inform management of daily needs. Manage dine-in and takeaway orders efficiently. Ensure a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a cafe or restaurant preferred (freshers with passion can apply). Basic knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Must be punctual, responsible, and a team player. Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and busy hours.
