Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, serving guests efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (e.g., espresso, cappuccino, latte, iced coffee, tea). Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and effectively. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including seasonal drinks and food offerings. Ensure consistent quality in every cup served. Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment. Restock inventory and inform management of low stock levels. Follow health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards. Engage with customers to create a positive and inviting atmosphere. Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage service preferred. Knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and latte art is an advantage. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic math skills for cash handling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
