We are looking for a passionate Barista to join our team as we grow. --- Role Overview We are hiring a Barista with basic experience in coffee preparation or cafe service. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, willing to learn, and enjoys creating great customer experiences. --- Key Responsibilities Prepare espresso-based coffees, cold brews, frappes, and signature drinks Assist with brewing consistency and recipe standards Engage with customers politely and explain menu items Maintain cleanliness of the counter and equipment Help with dessert plating or simple cafe tasks when needed Manage POS billing and UPI payments Support the team during busy hours --- Requirements Basic barista or cafe experience preferred (training provided) Passion for coffee and customer service Good communication skills and a friendly attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment Punctual, neat, and reliable Flexible for weekends and evening shif
