Job Description

Beverage preparation:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based coffees, teas, and other specialty beverages. This includes operating espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.

Customer service:

Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle payments using a Point of Sale (POS) system. Address customer inquiries and feedback positively.

Operational support:

Assist with food service, which may include plating food or performing light kitchen prep like washing and cutting ingredients.

Cleanliness and hygiene:

Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by cleaning work areas, equipment, and seating areas. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.

Inventory and stock management:

Monitor stock levels, restock supplies as needed, and help with inventory checks to ensure products are available.

Teamwork:

Support colleagues during busy periods and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
