Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor junior baristas, ensuring high standards of service and product quality. Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, placing orders, and receiving deliveries to maintain optimal supply. Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and managing time-off requests. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including workstations, equipment, and customer areas. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. Monitor sales performance and assist in meeting sales targets through promotional activities and upselling techniques. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on beverage preparation, customer service, and equipment usage. Implement and adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers. Assist in developing new beverage recipes and seasonal offerings to enhance the menu and attract customers.
