Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment. You will play a key role in both the

coffee section

and the

front-of-house service

, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Barista Duties:

Prepare and serve all coffee and espresso-based drinks to high quality standards. Operate and maintain espresso machines and grinders. Manage coffee bean inventory and ensure freshness. Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and well-stocked. Stay updated with coffee trends and contribute to beverage innovation.

Service Duties:

Greet customers warmly and take orders with accuracy and efficiency. Deliver food and beverages to tables with a friendly and professional attitude. Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Process transactions using the POS system and handle cash/card payments. Answer customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in a cafe/hospitality environment (minimum [insert duration], preferred). Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays. Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
