Job Title: Barista Responsibilities: Coffee Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. Equipment Operation: Skillfully operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment to maintain quality standards. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, counters, and serving areas. Supply Management: Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies to meet customer demand. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and contribute to a smooth workflow. Adaptability: Stay informed about coffee trends, new products, and techniques to enhance skills and offerings. Ambiance: Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere in the cafe to enhance the overall customer experience. Feedback Handling: Handle customer feedback professionally, both positive and negative, and work towards continuous improvement. Qualifications: Previous experience as a barista is preferred. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
