Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks as per standard recipes Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process billing/payment Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other cafe equipment safely Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and seating area Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality of beverages Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely and professionally Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other consumables Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet
Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverages Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic billing/POS handling knowledge Attention to detail and cleanliness Team player with a positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
