Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to join our team at Caffe Sicily. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and cafe menu items with consistency Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation, coffee machine and cafe area Take customer orders, provide menu recommendations and ensure a good guest experience Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately Assist in inventory management and stocking items Follow cafe standards, SOPs and safety guidelines Support team members during busy hours
Requirements:

Minimum 6-12 months barista or cafe experience preferred Basic knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation Good communication and hospitality skills Willingness to work flexible shifts (morning, mid or evening) Team player with a positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
