Job Summary:

The Barista is responsible for creating high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, branded cafe environment. This role focuses on delivering the company's signature coffee experience by maintaining beverage quality, store cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand's values.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using the POS system. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards. Maintain consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation of all drinks. Educate customers on menu offerings, promotions, and coffee knowledge when appropriate. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area, including espresso machines, counters, tables, and equipment. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times. Assist in restocking ingredients, packaging, and store supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously and efficiently. Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Uphold the company's brand image through professional behavior, grooming, and excellent service.

Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate; college level or graduate preferred. Previous barista or food service experience in a branded or specialty coffee shop is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about coffee and customer service. Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso preparation, and latte art is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift). Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. (about 11 kg). Manual dexterity to operate coffee machines and other equipment safely.

Pay: ₹49,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
