A Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages, provides excellent customer service, and maintains cleanliness and quality standards in the cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per standard recipes
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment
Take customer orders accurately and handle billing/cash or POS systems
Maintain cleanliness of the counter, machines, and work area
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely
Stock and replenish ingredients and supplies
Follow opening and closing procedures of the cafe.
