Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Service
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards.
Supervise day-to-day coffee bar operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and service areas at all times.
2. Team Leadership
Train, guide, and motivate baristas to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Schedule barista shifts and manage team performance.
Lead by example in customer service, professionalism, and work ethics.
3. Quality Control
Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and temperature of beverages.
Calibrate coffee machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment regularly.
Conduct regular checks on product quality and presentation.
4. Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
Place orders for supplies and ensure minimal wastage.
Maintain records of stock usage and cost control.
5. Customer Service
Build rapport with customers and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
Promote new beverages and seasonal offerings to boost sales.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction through excellent service.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
