Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of
hot and cold beverages
, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty brews.
Maintain high standards of
coffee quality, presentation, and hygiene

Supervise and train
barista team members to ensure consistency in service.
Manage
inventory and ordering
of coffee beans, milk, and other cafe supplies.
Ensure smooth daily cafe operations, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and handle feedback professionally.
Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
Support management in menu development and new product ideas.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Barista, including supervisory or senior-level experience.
Strong knowledge of
coffee beans, brewing techniques, latte art
, and cafe operations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to
lead a small team
and handle rush hours efficiently.
Flexible with work timings, weekends, and cafe schedules.
