Kulture - Specialty Coffee & Bistro is currently hiring for Barista for the Park Street location. Please find below the job description:

Prepare Coffee orders, including all types of Coffee and other beverages

Prepare customer orders following our recipe and within an acceptable time frame

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area

In some cases, understand customer requirements, answer queries, and suggest Coffee and other beverages accordingly

Perform inventory checks and request purchase orders for the bar area

Must have skills:

Has previously worked as a Barista. Hands-on with Latte art Experience working with semi automatic espresso machines Hands-on with Manual Brewing techniques, namely French Press, AeroPress, and Pour Over Knows Speciality Coffee beans, understands roast profiles, grind size, and different processing techniques Is a hard-working person and has the curiosity to learn and hunger to grow Has a passion for Coffee Is a team player (Gels well with other team members)

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
