Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista who can prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and traditional Indian beverages such as Kashmiri Kahwa, Masala Chai, and Lassi, while ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, mocktails, and traditional beverages that pair well with Mughlai cuisine. Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of each beverage. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and bar area as per FSSAI standards. Suggest beverage pairings to guests that complement their Mughlai dishes. Engage with customers warmly, take orders accurately, and answer queries about drinks. Keep track of inventory, manage stock levels for coffee, tea, milk, spices, and other ingredients. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines during food and beverage preparation. Assist with occasional dessert and beverage plating for special occasions.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience as a barista or in a beverage service role (experience with Indian/traditional drinks is a plus). Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, tea infusion techniques, and indigenous drinks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards. Passion for hospitality and customer service.
