. As the face of our cafe, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to our recipes and quality standards. Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and offer menu recommendations based on customer preferences. Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and espresso machines with care and precision. Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system, adhering to all cash-handling procedures. Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting workstation and seating area throughout your shift, in compliance with health and safety regulations. Educate customers about our menu offerings, coffee blends, and brewing techniques. Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Positive attitude and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Eagerness to learn and grow within the coffee industry. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
