to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages as per company standards Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all beverages Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and service area Handle billing and POS operations accurately and efficiently Provide friendly, professional, and prompt customer service Assist in stock management and daily inventory checks Follow standard recipes, procedures, and safety guidelines Support opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of coffee types and brewing techniques Previous experience as a barista or in a cafe/coffee shop is preferred Good communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Familiarity with coffee machines and brewing equipment is an added advantage Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
