Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation
Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Customer Service
Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately.
Provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional attitude at all times.
Store & Counter Management
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and equipment.
Ensure proper stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and bar supplies.
Assist in inventory management and daily stock checks.
Equipment Handling
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other barista tools.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs.
Operational Support
Follow all F&B safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ensure compliance with company service standards.
Support the team during peak hours and coordinate with kitchen & service staff.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Barista or in a cafe/coffee shop environment preferred.
Strong understanding of coffee brewing methods, latte art (optional but a plus).
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Professional grooming and a positive, energetic attitude.
