Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and take orders in a courteous and efficient manner Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks Follow all recipes and presentation standards consistently Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment Maintain a clean and organized workspace and seating area Restock and replenish supplies as needed Handle cash and card transactions accurately using a POS system Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations --- Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in a cafe or food service environment (preferred but not required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic math and cash handling skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?11,474.09 - ?22,441.60 per month
