Customer Service & Hospitality

Greet guests warmly and take beverage and food orders. Provide menu recommendations and assist with customization requests. Deliver excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Beverage Preparation

Prepare a wide range of coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) according to standard recipes. Craft specialty beverages including cold brew, frappes, teas, and signature drinks. Ensure beverage consistency, taste, temperature, and presentation standards.
Product Knowledge

Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, grinders, brewing methods, and flavor profiles. Explain beverages and ingredients, including allergen awareness. Promote seasonal specials and upsell cafe products.
Equipment Handling

Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment. Perform daily cleaning, calibration, and backflushing of coffee equipment. Report any maintenance issues promptly.
Food Preparation (if applicable)

Handle simple food items like sandwiches, pastries, and desserts. Follow correct food safety handling and storage procedures.
Hygiene, Safety & Cleanliness

Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, counters, and customer spaces. Follow food safety, sanitization, and hygiene guidelines (HACCP standards). Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
Cash & Inventory Management

Handle POS transactions accurately (cash/card/UPI). Manage stock rotation (FIFO), monitor supply levels, and restock items. Assist with ordering of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
Teamwork & Efficiency

Work closely with service staff to ensure quick order delivery. Maintain smooth operations during peak hours. Participate in training and support junior staff when needed.
